Less than 1% of travel agents possess these certifications, so our consumers know they are dealing with an elite group. The CTC is offered through The Travel Institute, a non-profit industry association dedicated to increasing the professionalism of the industry. The MCC is earned through the Cruise Lines International Association made up of the world’s major cruise lines. Our integrated program is offered in conjunction with and sanctioned by both these organizations.
